| Bangalore International Centre had arranged screening of a South African film “Sarafina” offered by FFSI on 28 th May, 2009 at 6 pm. A highly sensitive film, against the backdrop of South African struggle for Independence in the ’80-s, it depicted the inner turmoil of a young girl and how she joined the move against oppression of the then white rulers. The sizeable audience which saw this deeply moving film totally empathized with the cause. |
