It was a fascinating, free-wheeling dialogue in which Ms. Rajni Bakshi outlined the dimensions of her book which is about the people who have been quietly forging solutions to problems of unbridled markets. The lession she urged, was clear – that a more mindful market culture is possible. She talked persuasively about the three bottomlines – corporate, community-wide and global – which are essential yardsticks for an enterprise to survive and be successful. Among those who participated in the lively interactive session were Mr. Nandan Nilekani and Dr. Ramachandra Guha. The talk was preceded by a fairly sumptuous High Tea.
